An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and motivated individual to join our school community and take up a leadership position in Maths. This is a pivotal role for an experienced teacher who is passionate about raising achievement and shaping the curriculum for GCSE success. As Leader in Mathematics, you will:

  • Lead and develop the Mathematics curriculum, ensuring it is engaging, challenging, and aligned with national standards.
  • Drive student achievement by analysing data, implementing interventions, and setting high expectations for progress and behaviour.
  • Support and mentor colleagues, sharing best practice and leading professional development within the Maths faculty.
  • Contribute strategically to departmental planning, resource development, and assessment policies.
  • Collaborate across the school to promote numeracy and cross‑curricular learning.
