Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking a proactive People Partner to join the People Team at a pivotal stage of its development. You will provide strategic and operational HR support across our schools, acting as a trusted adviser to Headteachers and senior leaders to shape workforce strategy and deliver outstanding people services that enable schools to flourish.

This role combines expert HR partnering with employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, and organisational change.
