Responsibilities
- The Governors wish to appoint an Admin Assistant to support the operation of the school admin/office team.
- The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all communication and queries.
- Managing reception duties and providing support to students, staff, and parents.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining office operations.
- Supporting the Catholic/Christian ethos of St. Mary’s in daily interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- English to GCSE or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children or young people.
- Experience in administration within a school or office environment.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a hard‑working attitude.
