CTK St Mary’s is part of the Christ the King Sixth Forms group of three Catholic sixth forms located in south east London and Kent. The Sixth Form offers a wide range of A Level and vocational courses and aims to support students to reach their full potential.

We are looking for an exceptional Teacher of Business at our CTK: St Mary’s site who can deliver outstanding teaching and learning to students aged 16–19. A background in Accounting is desirable. There is a genuine opportunity to grow and take on additional responsibilities as a Subject Coordinator, contributing to the strategic development of the subject area, supporting curriculum innovation, and driving high standards of teaching and learning in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding teaching, learning and assessment to 16–19-year-olds.
  • Potential to take on additional responsibilities as a Subject Coordinator, contributing to curriculum development and strategy.
  • Support the strategic development of the subject area and drive high standards of teaching and learning in a forward-thinking environment.
  • Work within a team to foster positive encouragement and mutual respect and help students reach their potential.
  • Support students to feel confident about their future careers and life after the Sixth Form.
Qualifications
  • Successful applicants will have experience teaching Business to 16–19-year-olds.
  • A background in Accounting is desirable.
  • We welcome applications from ECTs and offer a tailored induction programme to support successful completion of their induction year.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary is based on SFCA teaching spine points 1–9, £38,539 to £56,788 inclusive of London Weighting.
  • Flexible marking and preparation time offsite to support work-life balance.
