We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Attendance and Bursary Administrator to join our team at St Francis Xavier Sixth Form College. As an Attendance and Bursary Administrator, you will assist with student attendance monitoring, support the administration of Bursaries and Free College Meals (FCM) as well as provide administrative support to the Digital Innovation Team ensuring successful distribution of students’ iPads.
You will have strong organisational and administrative skills, working knowledge of Excel and the Google Suite, attention to data accuracy, the ability to handle confidential information, and excellent communication skills. Experience in a similar role in post 16 education is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
This is a permanent, 35 hours per week, term time only post. The salary will be paid depending on experience on the NJC scale 8-10 (£31,417 – £32,807) FTE, actual term time only salary (£26,530 – £27,704) inclusive of Inner London Weighting.
