Working closely with the ASD Base Lead and wider school staff, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ academic progress, emotional development, and personal growth. You will provide targeted mentoring, coordinate support programmes, and ensure that every student is given the opportunity to thrive in a safe and inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities

- Monitor, track, and review pupil progress, ensuring high expectations for behaviour, attendance, and achievement

- Support the ASD Base Lead in planning, data tracking, and preparing for EHCP reviews and meetings
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure effective classroom support and consistent provision
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupils holistically
- Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion across the school community

- A chaplaincy team and quiet reflection spaces supporting both staff and students
- Access to a free, confidential Employee Assistance Programme offering 24/7 support
