Responsibilities
- Be passionate about making a positive difference to children’s lives within a culturally diverse community.
- Have the ability to inspire others to learn and develop through collaboration and communication.
- Promote a broad and balanced curriculum that meets all children’s needs.
- Have a creative and innovative approach to both planning and delivering lessons.

- Be able to teach engaging, appropriately pitched lessons across each Key Stage.
- Have high expectations for all pupils and plan effectively differentiated lessons to support a variety of learning needs.
- Be enthused by teamwork and work collaboratively with colleagues in the interests of both the pupils’ and one’s own progression.
