Salary: BB06 – £32,597 – £35,412 per annum pro rata, actual £27,701 – £30,093 per annum

37 hours per week, term-time plus 3 Additional Days as confirmed by the school

Start Date: September 2026

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and conscientious practitioner to join our strong pastoral team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a secondary school setting and experience of working as part of a team, as well as working individually. The successful candidate will contribute to promoting excellent attendance, safeguarding students, and supporting families to overcome barriers to education and build positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Sacred Heart Catholic High School is heavily oversubscribed. Recently graded outstanding in all categories by Ofsted in January 2025 for the fourth time in succession, we strive to nurture and empower our students to take their place in the world with purpose, enthusiasm and strength of character.

The Local Governing Committee are committed to safeguarding and the protection of its students. The post is subject to an Enhanced DBS and social media check.
