Join the Christ the King Sixth Forms – Opportunities Across Two Exceptional Sites. The Christ the King Sixth Forms group comprises three highly successful Catholic sixth forms located across Southeast London and Kent. In 2023, the group was rated Good with Outstanding features by Ofsted, reflecting its strong commitment to academic excellence and student development.

We are currently recruiting for two roles, one based at each of the following sites: CTK Aquinas, which is a highly selective Catholic sixth form specialising in A Level education for students aged 16–19. The college offers a broad and academically rigorous curriculum, including a distinctive ‘Super-Curriculum’ spanning more than 20 A Level subjects. Our students are talented, motivated, and ambitious, with clear aspirations for top universities and successful careers.

Across both sites, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality education within a supportive and values‑driven environment. These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to a thriving educational community committed to excellence and student achievement. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to inclusion, aspiration, and professional standards. We believe in treating our students as young professionals, helping them to thrive both personally and creatively through high expectations, trauma‑informed practice, and a deep understanding of the individual. Our culture is one where every student is known, seen, and supported.

If you share our values and want to help shape the next generation of creative professionals, we would love to hear from you. We are now looking for an outstanding ALS Team Leader with a Higher‑Level Teaching and Learning Assistant status, or willing to work towards this. The HLTA Team Leader plays a pivotal role in leading specialist support provision. This provision supports students with social, emotional and mental health needs, communication and interaction difficulties, and anxiety.

The postholder will deliver high‑quality, personalised learning and pastoral support while coordinating a small team of Teaching Assistants. This role combines classroom support, leadership, and pastoral care to ensure every student thrives both within the SRP and the wider college. This is a full‑time, part‑year contract, working 36 hours per week, over 200 days (approx. 40 weeks) per year.

We also offer a wide range of competitive benefits, including private healthcare, season ticket loans, a ride to work scheme, free on‑site parking, free eye tests, free on‑site gym, professional development and training, and generous employer pension contributions.
