Role Overview
Required from October 2026, an experienced marketeer, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills and an eye for design to join our hard‑working, creative and successful Foundation Marketing, Admissions and Communications Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Foundation’s comprehensive programme of online and offline marketing activity, aimed at the recruitment and retention of pupils, including planned content creation for our digital platforms and social media channels.
- Produce key admissions related publications, conduct sector research and evaluation to aid marketing decision‑making and support recruitment events.
- Play a key role in delivering the Foundation’s new suite of websites, targeting a spring 2027 launch.
- Support and work closely with the Foundation Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications to ensure all activity underpins the Foundation’s Strategic Plan and aligns with the Schools’ vision, values and brand guidelines.
- Line‑manage the Foundation Marketing Assistant and collaborate with the Foundation Press and PR Officer.
- Provide some weekend and evening working on an annual basis to support open events and other marketing and admissions activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least five years’ experience in marketing, preferably in an educational setting.
- A relevant qualification in marketing, communications or a related field.
- A willingness to get to know our schools and their people and to have a genuine empathy with our ethos.
Compensation
Salary is between MB1 to MB5 of the Princethorpe Foundation support staff scale, from September 2026, £42,194.57 to £44,325.18 per annum full‑time equivalent, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
Additional Information
This is a full‑time (37.5 hours per week), fixed‑term role to cover maternity leave, expected to end in October 2027 or the return of the current post holder, whichever is sooner.
