We wish to appoint an inspiring and dedicated senior leader from January 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter, to join our enthusiastic and forward-looking Senior Leadership Team at this welcoming and highly successful girls’ independent school. This is an opportunity to work in a school with motivated pupils, who have great fun whilst pursuing excellent academic results, and a very supportive ethos.

The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of these in a Catholic school context. They will also wish to undertake further professional development (both in school and possibly via further study) to develop their experience and skills for this post and in readiness for a headship in due course. Some rotation of roles and responsibilities within SLT can be expected from time to time to ensure all the Senior Leadership Team develop to their full potential.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead our Pastoral team as well as take on other whole school responsibilities and share the day-to-day running of the school. Precise responsibilities will depend on the strengths and aptitudes of the successful candidate.
