About You

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with school leadership and staff.

- Experience in Classroom Learning Support (desirable but not essential).
- You are a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher, ready to step into classrooms and create engaging learning experiences.
- You hold a Certificate III or IV in Education Support, Disability Support, Allied Health Assistance or Auslan/ Certificate III in Learner Support or willingness to obtain.

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment. Magnify Sandhurst is set to transform learning for students with more specific and explicit teaching practices, bringing greater consistency and a more predictable and effective education experience for all students. The Magnify Sandhurst program combines evidence-based practices in teaching and learning to support each student's unique needs, strengths, and goals, focusing on strengthening core areas like literacy and numeracy, building supportive classroom environments, and integrating Catholic values in daily learning.
