About The Role
Boarding Supervisors provide pastoral and academic support to boarders, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. Rostered shifts include day, afternoon, night, and weekend sessions, allowing flexibility for personal, work, and study commitments. Duties (Not Exhaustive)
- The holistic care of boarders, encompassing their physical, emotional, and spiritual well‑being.
- Supervision of boarders in their boarding routines.
- Academic support during study sessions.
- Accompanying boarders to activities, events, and appointments when required.
- Transporting boarders to sporting events and outings using school vehicles.
About You
- Understanding of, and commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Well‑developed interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in computer use.
- Willingness to work rostered weekend and night shifts (desirable).
- “Open” Driver’s Licence (QLD) (desirable).
- MR Class drivers licence (desirable).
