Emmaus College is seeking a vibrant, efficient and energetic person for the position of Administration Officer (Student Reception & WHS Assistant). This is a term-time position for 38 hours per week commencing as soon as possible or as negotiated with the successful applicant. The Administration Officer ensures a professional and welcoming environment for students, providing administrative support to the College alongside First Aid and WHS duties.
About You
The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. You will have excellent time management skills, well-developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system, such as TASS, would be advantageous. First Aid and Workplace Health and Safety experience would be highly regarded.

Mandatory Requirements
- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.
