Your Role
Emmaus College seeks a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Administration Officer (IT Support). This term‑time position is for 27.5 hours per week commencing as soon as possible until 26 February 2027. The Administration Officer (IT Support) supports the IT Team by providing a welcoming reception to staff and students who visit the IT Helpdesk, typing and word processing, maintaining manual and electronic records, logging jobs (internally and externally) and assisting with low‑level troubleshooting within existing skillset and experience.
About You
The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. In addition, you will have excellent time‑management skills, well‑developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system, such as TASS, would be advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements
- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
