About The Role

As a Classroom Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based lessons using High Impact Teaching Practices, that engage and challenge students, while fostering a positive classroom environment where all learners can thrive. You will have well-developed self-awareness and the personal capabilities of reflection on your own performance, with an aim to continue to grow and develop as a classroom practitioner. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the capacity to develop productive and caring relationships with students, parents and staff where the focus is on the learning and well-being of the student.

Qualifications And Eligibility

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
  • Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
