St Ann's Outside School Hours Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinator to lead our vibrant service supporting up to 104 children. Supporting the St Ann's Primary School community, our OSHC service provides high-quality Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care programs where children feel connected, supported and inspired to thrive. We offer a flexible, child-led program that celebrates children's ideas, cultures and interests, with experiences shaped by their voices and passions. Educators also support daily school drop-off and collection, ensuring a seamless experience for children and families. You'll be joining a high-performing and well-established team, supported by a strong Assistant Coordinator and experienced educators who are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for children. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care programs
• Lead, support, and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and experiences
• Plan and implement engaging, play-based programs aligned with children’s interests
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

Requirements of the Role:

• Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines
• Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko)
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
• Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor
• Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place
• Previous childcare service management experience
• Child Protection training is required for this role
• Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership skills for team development
