The predicted salary is between 13218 - 13218 £ per year.

Salary: £13,218.40 per annum (FTE £24,784.50)

Contract: Permanent, Part-time, 20 hours per week. (Working pattern to be confirmed at interview)

Location: Based at 42-43 Portland Street, Fareham, Hampshire PO16 0NQ

Please note, some out of office hours and occasional travel may be required across the Diocese.

Job Purpose

The Parish Administrator plays a key role in supporting the mission of the parish by providing efficient and effective administrative services. The postholder will help facilitate the transmission of the Catholic faith by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of parish activities, responding promptly and professionally to the needs of parishioners, clergy, and visitors. Working within a vibrant city-centre parish, the role contributes to fostering a welcoming, organised, and supportive environment that enables the parish community to continue growing and flourishing.

The postholder is expected to foster a professional, welcoming, and efficient parish environment for parishioners, volunteers, and visitors. Covering Hampshire, Berkshire, South Oxford, and the Channel Islands, our Diocese is home to 87 parishes and 50 schools, serving over 27,000 practising Catholics and supporting 32,000 children and their families.
