An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join a dynamic and growing legal team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with a diverse client base across sectors such as retail, leisure, healthcare, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a broad caseload including landlord and tenant work, leases, assignments, and surrenders.
  • Handle sales and purchases of commercial and investment properties, including sale and leaseback arrangements.
  • Advise on secured lending and finance transactions linked to real estate deals.
  • Participate in business development and networking activities to strengthen client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial real estate.
