Company Overview: Our client is a well-established and respected organisation within the construction and property sector, operating across the South West. With a busy commercial function supporting multiple live projects, they are seeking short-term administrative support to help maintain smooth and efficient procurement processes during a peak period.

Role Overview: This Temporary Administrator position offers an immediate start for 4–6 weeks, providing vital support to a busy Commercial and Procurement team. This is a fast-paced, office-based role suited to someone organised, proactive and confident picking up new systems quickly.

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Raise and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Support Buyers with day-to-day procurement administration
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and commercial records
  • Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve queries and track orders

Requirements of the Administrator:

  • Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence managing spreadsheets
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workload and work independently
