Role Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to take ownership of site delivery across UK-based projects. The role is site-based, with flexibility on home location, and requires regular travel to live projects and occasional visits to the company’s head office in the South West. With a clear development plan in place, this position offers genuine progression into Site Management and Project Management roles, fully supported by the employer.

Responsibilities of the Site Agent:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
  • Coordinating labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials to maintain efficient site progress
  • Monitoring site performance, reporting progress, and resolving on-site challenges proactively
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth project delivery

Requirements of the Site Agent:

  • Proven experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar site-based civil or construction role
  • Strong understanding of site processes, health and safety standards, and project delivery
  • Willingness to work UK-wide and travel as required, including occasional visits to Dawlish
