This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Partner or Legal Director specialising in Employee Incentives to join a highly regarded Corporate Tax team ranked Tier 1 in Legal 500. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the Bristol office and supporting the wider corporate practice, contributing to business development and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise a diverse client base, from start-ups to listed companies, on the design and implementation of equity and cash-based incentive plans.
- Provide expert counsel on HMRC-approved and tax-efficient share schemes including EMI, CSOP, SIP, and SAYE.
- Support clients on bespoke share arrangements, LTIPs, and employee ownership structures.
- Lead and contribute to business development initiatives, networking, and thought leadership to promote the firm’s employee incentives offering.
- Minimum of 8 years’ PQE in Employee Incentives, Corporate Tax, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing high-level client relationships and complex transactions.
- Demonstrable success in business development and contributing to team growth.
- Strong leadership qualities with an interest in mentoring and team development.
