We are looking for a confident Health, Safety and Compliance Manager to join our Estates team on a permanent basis from 20 April 2026. If you join us, a typical week in this role may see you providing Health & Safety guidance to our schools, coordinating estates projects and leading on the management of Facilities Management contracts.

Responsibilities
- Provide Health & Safety guidance to schools within the Trust.
- Coordinate estates projects and lead on the management of Facilities Management contracts.
Qualifications and requirements
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification, or willingness to undertake these qualifications.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Understanding of Health & Safety and developed analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
