We invite you to join our Amplify Estates team working across all of our 22 schools.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an organised and proactive Estates Administrator to join our newly formed Amplify Education Estates team on a fixed-term basis from 20 April 2026 until 31 August 2026. This role may be extended beyond this date, or have the option to become permanent. If you join us, a typical week in this role may see you supporting the Estates team, communicating with external suppliers and developing the administrator processes to enable the team to deliver efficient service to the Trust schools.
Responsibilities
- Support the Estates team on a day-to-day basis.
- Communicate with external suppliers to coordinate services and requirements.
- Develop and refine administrator processes to enable efficient service delivery to the Trust schools.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in administration through professional or personal experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between schools.
