The Role
As Finance Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing day-to-day finance operations and providing vital financial insight to support decision‐making across the business. Working closely with senior leadership and onsite management teams, you will ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and effective coordination with external finance partners. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional or someone ready to step up into a management role.
Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
- Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts and present findings to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with operational teams to administer rent uplifts, recharges, and financial queries.
- Lead daily finance activities, working closely with external bookkeeping and finance partners.
- Prepare annual budgets, support cashflow forecasting, and assist with statutory accounting requirements.
Requirements of the Finance Manager:
- Proven experience in a similar finance role, or the capability to step up confidently within six months.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- An understanding of private equity operations is desirable.
- Confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively across internal and external teams.
