This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic Graphic Design Lead to take ownership of brand identity, design, and visual communication across digital and print media. You will play a vital role in supporting the company’s digital transformation by ensuring consistency and innovation in visual assets while leading both in-house and outsourced design resources., * Lead the creative direction of the brand, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy and growth objectives

  • Oversee the design and delivery of digital and print materials, including website assets, social media content, email campaigns, and physical marketing collateral

  • Manage design budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and quality output

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business goals into impactful visual solutions

Working hours 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday, Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in the Willand Office (upon completion of the probationary period), * 3-5 years of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on digital and B2B environments

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with AI tools for design innovation

  • Exceptional creative skills combined with a strategic mindset to balance aesthetics and business objectives
