Regional Sales Manager – Southwest (M5 Corridor) Up to £55,000 DOE + Bonus | Company Car (Hybrid/Electric) | Field based – Exeter / Bristol ideal Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the hospitality and foodservice industry? Do you have a proven track record of managing distributor relationships and driving regional sales growth? Sales Manager to expand market presence across the Southwest, covering the M5 corridor. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing business within your designated territory. You’ll develop strategic partnerships with distributors and end-users, ensuring strong sales performance and increased market share. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Regional Sales Manager responsibilities include: – Drive Sales Growth – Achieve monthly and annual targets through effective distributor management and direct end-user sales Develop Key Accounts – Build strong relationships with distributors, hospitality clients, and foodservice operators to maximise business opportunities Strategic Business Planning – Implement tailored growth strategies for both regional and national distributors Market Representation – Act as a brand ambassador at client meetings, industry events, and promotional activities Data-Driven Decision Making – Maintain accurate CRM records and analyse sales data to drive performance The ideal Regional Sales Manager : – Proven sales experience within the hospitality or foodservice industry Strong relationship-building skills with distributors, key accounts, and end-users Confidence in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with an analytical mindset Competitive salary up to £55,000 DOE + bonus ~25 days plus bank holidays ~ Company car for business travel (plug in hybrid or electric) ~ Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities ~ Flexible, field-based role.
