Join our Exeter-based team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specialising in IT, Engineering, and Sustainability. Senior Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Source, screen, and manage high-caliber candidates across IT, Engineering, and Sustainability sectors. Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding. Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Senior Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities: Proven track record of agency experience in Recruitment, within IT, Engineering, or Sustainability sectors. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively. A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results.
