This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and passionate Paralegal to join a high-performing Clinical Negligence team. You will support solicitors who handle complex, high-value litigation cases and will be closely involved in varied and intellectually stimulating work, making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and their families.
Key Responsibilities of a Paralegal:- Draft legal documentation, carry out legal research, and provide general administrative and legal support to fee earners
- Attend court proceedings, conferences, and client meetings, taking detailed notes and providing follow-up assistance
- Manage case files and assist in client onboarding and communication with external professionals
- Contribute to business development activities and support internal processes to ensure smooth operations
- A foundational knowledge or interest in personal injury and clinical negligence law
- Empathy, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client matters
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) and a proactive, well-organised approach to time and task management
