We are recruiting for an innovative and dynamic E-Learning Developer on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and deliver engaging e-learning solutions while contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
This role offers the Hybrid working model, with a Tuesday being the chosen day for all colleague to be onsite in the Exeter Office.
The Role:
The E-Learning Developer role involves designing and delivering innovative e-learning courses, collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs, and enhancing existing programs to improve efficiency. You’ll play a key role in supporting IT training, both in-person and online, and continuously improving the training experience to reduce support queries.
Key Responsibilities of the E-Learning Developer:
- Design and implement e-learning courses and modules tailored to business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and enhance existing programs
- Support IT training delivery, including both in-person and digital formats
- Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of training to reduce support queries
Key Requirements of the E-Learning Developer:
- Proven experience in e-learning development, preferably in a professional services setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-focused approach
- Excellent time management and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, with a keen eye for detail and innovation
