Are you an organised, customer-focused professional looking for a dynamic role in a growing business? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our supportive team. This role is essential to our online sales operations and offers room for growth and development.

This role is 5 Days a week (to include occasional weekends) 36.25 hours

Administrator responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for online customer queries, managing orders, dispatches, and returns
  • Oversee order fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate processing for a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain and update the e-commerce platform, ensuring stock availability and order tracking
  • Support goods inwards and outwards processes during peak periods or staff absences

Administrator requirements include:

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a customer service or online sales environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, and order management platform
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset
  • Flexibility to adapt to business needs, including weekend and holiday shifts
