£39K – £43K DOE | HYBRID WORKING| EXETER
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Performance Analyst to join a fast-growing organisation. This is a full-time hybrid position (2 – 3 days per week in the Exeter area, the rest from home).
The Role
As the Sales Performance Analyst, you’ll be responsible for driving commercial performance, acting as the bridge between Sales and Finance to deliver data-driven insights and support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead and improve sales forecasting, reporting and pipeline analysis
- Monitor pricing, margins and profitability, providing actionable insights
- Oversee CRM process governance and data quality
- Support contract reviews, deal structures and commercial governance
- Produce dashboards and reports for senior leadership on sales performance
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics and processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Finance or Sales Support within a subscription environment
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis skills (advanced Excel essential)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented and proactive with a commercial mindset
