We are representing a prestigious and well-established law firm in their search for a polished and professional Receptionist to join their Exeter office. This full-time, permanent opportunity comes with exceptional employee benefits. The role is based fully on-site, with core working hours from 09:30 to 17:30 and some flexibility required to support events or shift cover (reception operates from 08:00 to 17:30).
The Role
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist will play a key role in delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring the smooth operation of the front-of-house experience. Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Provide a professional and welcoming reception service to clients, partners, and staff.

- Assist with general office administration, travel bookings, and occasional event support.
