Our client, a high-performing and fast-paced private family office based in North Devon, is seeking a proactive and experienced PA to provide high-level diary and travel support to the principals and their wider team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established office that works in close coordination with an existing London-based team of assistants and EAs.
The Role
This role is suited to an experienced, adaptable, and commercially-minded PA / Administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will play a critical part in the smooth running of daily operations, with a particular focus on complex diary and travel management. The ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and deliver with discretion is essential.
Key Responsibilities of the PA
- Provide high-level diary management and calendar coordination for principals and their senior PA
- Organise complex door-to-door travel itineraries, including private travel arrangements
- Manage varied PA duties including admin support, event bookings, and property-related tasks
- Support with general team administration, record-keeping, and ad hoc business-related tasks
Key Requirements of the PA
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a private family office
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in MS Office with strong written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, organised, and discreet with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Flexible and dependable, able to work outside standard hours when required
