Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and deliver integrated marketing activities across a diverse range of channels. This role will play a key part in enhancing brand awareness, generating high‑quality leads, supporting product launches, and strengthening the organisation's position as a trusted industry authority. Working closely with commercial and product teams, you will take ownership of campaigns from concept through to delivery and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and commercial growth.
  • Create high‑quality marketing content and collateral, including brochures, presentations, technical resources, and digital assets.
  • Manage website content, social media activity, and digital marketing initiatives to maximise brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate exhibitions, events, product launches, and marketing projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent CIM qualification.
  • Proven experience managing successful multi‑channel marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent digital marketing knowledge, including CMS platforms, CRM systems, social media management, and marketing analytics.
