Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance & HR Systems Specialist with Workday expertise to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team. This role will play a key part in supporting and enhancing the organisation’s Workday Finance and HR systems, ensuring they remain efficient, secure, and aligned to business needs. Working closely with Finance, HR, IT, and external partners, you will act as the go-to subject matter expert for Workday, supporting users, driving process improvements, and helping shape future automation initiatives.
Responsibilities of the Finance & HR Systems Specialist:
- Maintain and support Workday Finance and HR modules, including system configurations, business processes, and user support
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Manage Workday releases, testing, integrations, and system enhancements across Finance and HR functions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation projects, and data integrity across the business
Requirements of the Finance & HR Systems Specialist:
- Proven experience administering Workday systems across Finance and/or HR environments
- Strong understanding of finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Experience developing Workday reports and dashboards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience supporting ERP system enhancements and automation initiatives would be advantageous
