IMMEDIATE START | £13 PER HOUR | ONSITE Exeter (own transport preferable due to location)

Their Exeter-based team supports a high volume of sales activity and customer enquiries, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial enquiry through to completion. Due to increased demand, they are looking to recruit a Temporary Sales Administrator to provide additional support to their team.

Role Overview:

This is a fast-paced administrative role supporting the Sales and Sales Support teams with day-to-day operational tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently and accurately while delivering excellent customer service. The role of Temporary Sales Administrator would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy team environment, has strong organisational skills and can communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Sales Support teams
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries and direct calls appropriately
  • Assist with documentation and administrative processes
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems
  • Support the team in ensuring sales processes run smoothly from enquiry through to completion
  • Carry out general office administration as required

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:
