They are now looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to join their team.

Role Overview

This role focuses on supporting the sales process from quotation through to completion, ensuring documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. This is a data-focused role requiring strong attention to detail and confidence working with quotations, documentation and internal systems.

Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator:

  • Prepare and issue quotations
  • Respond to enquiries and check availability
  • Manage documentation and administrative processes
  • Coordinate invoicing and completion tasks
  • Analyse deals and assist with month-end reviews
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and business partners
  • Ensure deadlines and administrative processes are met

Requirements of the Sales Support Administrator:
