Responsibilities of the Receptionist & Facilities Coordinator:

  • Manage front‑of‑house duties including greeting visitors, handling calls and maintaining reception areas
  • Coordinate office facilities, maintenance schedules and contractor relationships
  • Support office administration including post handling, meeting room coordination and stock ordering
  • Assist with meeting and event setup, including catering and AV arrangements
