This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax professional to join a well established owner managed business tax team. The role focuses on delivering high quality advisory support to entrepreneurial businesses, working closely with clients on strategic matters such as growth, succession and transactions. You will also collaborate with other specialist teams, offering a broad and engaging role with clear scope for career progression.
Responsibilities:- Provide tax advisory support to owner managed businesses, including restructures, demergers and sale transactions.
- Deliver transaction support, including deal structuring and reviewing sale documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct engagement and project delivery.
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to the development of the wider team.
- CTA qualified with experience advising owner managed businesses.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and transaction related tax matters.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Proactive and analytical approach with an interest in developing mentoring skills.
