Finance Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the organisation’s financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax obligations, and internal policies.
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Sage, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and provide insights to aid strategic decision-making.
Finance Assistant Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Sage accounting software is essential.
- Strong understanding of financial management, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with Engage MIS is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
- Due to the location of this role, you will need to have an enhanced DBS check; being on the update service would be advantageous.
