Cathedral Appointments is seeking an Executive Support Coordinator for a varied, hands‑on support role, working closely with a small, trusted senior team in Exeter.

The Role

No two days are the same in this role. You'll provide practical, responsive support across a wide range of activities, sometimes deskbound and organisational, sometimes out and about solving problems in person. You'll become a trusted, dependable extension of a close‑knit team, completing requests promptly, professionally and with complete discretion. Responsibilities for the Executive Support Coordinator:

  • Coordinating and tracking tasks and actions on behalf of senior stakeholders, maintaining accurate records throughout
