The Role: The Interim Financial Controller will play a key role in supporting the business’s financial operations for the next 3 - 6 months. This position involves preparing and analysing financial information, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and delivering valuable insights to support informed decision‑making across the organisation. Responsibilities of the Financial Controller: Undertake the preparation of statutory accounts and management accounts. Oversee General Ledger integrity and reconcile monthly. VAT returns. Process data onto thenew financial software Budgeting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Requirements of the Interim Financial Controller: Qualified by Experience or AAT qualified CIMA/ACCA part‑qualified/qualified preferred but not essential Strong technical accounting background with an understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS.
