- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries professionally and keeping clients and advisers updated
- Support the financial advisers with administration, research and preparing client correspondence, including suitability letters
- Keep accurate client files and records in line with compliance requirements
Requirements for the Client Administrator include:
- Strong administration, organisational and case management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy
- Good IT skills, including standard office applications
- A confident, positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
- Experience in mortgages, protection or financial services, or of using Intelliflo Office (IO), would be welcome but is not required
Benefits:
- Salary negotiable, depending on skills and experience
- Part-time, permanent role, working 24 to 28 hours over 5 days, with start and finish times to be agreed
- Full training and support to develop your knowledge of mortgages, protection and wealth management
- Free onsite parking
- A supportive, close-knit team where you can grow and make a real difference
