Role Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and develop a team of sales and presales professionals, helping to shape departmental strategy while ensuring commercial targets and service standards are consistently achieved. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the UK Sales and Presales teams to deliver strong performance and customer service standards

  • Monitor KPIs, analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key business partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing sales, account management or customer service teams
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Excellent leadership, communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to analyse performance data, manage priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Knowledge of tools, machinery or technical products
