The business is focused on driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and scalable technology solutions across its R&D and manufacturing functions.
This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Project Lead to oversee complex cross-functional projects within a fast-paced pharmaceutical and technology-driven environment. The role will focus on leading process improvement initiatives, technology deployment, operational project delivery, and stakeholder management across both technical and business functions. Working closely with senior leaders, vendors, and specialist teams, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities of the Project Lead:- Lead the planning, delivery, and governance of complex operational and technology projects across R&D and manufacturing environments
- Manage cross-functional project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Drive process optimisation, technology implementation, validation activities, and operational improvements
- Oversee project planning, risk management, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle
- Significant project leadership experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, engineering, or highly regulated environments
- Strong background in project management, process improvement, and technology deployment
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Degree qualified in Life Sciences, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline, with PMP certification advantageous
