Role Overview
This Interim Head of Finance position offers an opportunity to provide handsâon leadership and strategic financial oversight during a key period of transition. You will lead the finance function, ensuring continuity, strong financial governance and highâquality reporting, while supporting senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insight. Responsibilities of the Interim Head of Finance
- Lead and support the Finance Team, ensuring continuity, performance and effective dayâtoâday operations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across the organisation
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and timely statutory and audit requirements
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decisionâmaking
Requirements of the Interim Head of Finance
- CCAB qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within a complex or regulated environment
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams and overseeing audits
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
