A well-established, internationally operating organisation is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its growing team. The business works closely with a diverse portfolio of clients and partners, delivering high-quality services and building long-term, trusted relationships. As Relationship Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. This is a client-facing role focused on nurturing strong partnerships, driving retention and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve challenges effectively and enhance overall client satisfaction. Occasional international travel will be required to strengthen relationships and represent the organisation in person.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients and partners
  • Conduct regular account reviews to monitor performance, service levels and growth opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve retention and enhance client satisfaction
