We are recruiting Customer Sales Advisors - Live Chat (up to 3 positions) to join a busy live chat sales team based in Exeter. This is a webchat role. Advisers manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously, converting customer enquiries into sales revenue across upgrades, renewals, acquisitions and retention conversations. Success in this role comes from pace, resilience, strong sales ability and confidence working to clear KPIs in a fully tracked environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Advisors - Live Chat:
- Manage multiple live webchat conversations at once, driving sales conversions and revenue
- Handle acquisition, upgrade, renewal and retention sales conversations via live chat
- Achieve individual and team targets across sales, accessories and productivity metrics
- Follow FCA-regulated processes and compliance requirements throughout every interaction
Requirements of the Customer Sales Advisors - Live Chat:
- Previous experience in webchat, online customer support or digital sales environments
- Strong commercial mindset with confidence working to targets and KPIs
- Ability to multitask, work quickly and remain resilient in a high-pressure setting
- High level of accuracy with a process-driven and compliance-focused approach
Benefits:
- Β£25,896.80 plus uncapped commission.
- 40 hours per week on a shift-based rota, issued one month in advance
