Responsibilities of the Client Administrator:- Manage client onboarding administration and support the client journey process
- Coordinate training bookings, diary management, and client communications
- Maintain CRM systems, enrolment documentation, and administrative records accurately
- Support wider office operations, including supplier management, event preparation, and team onboarding
- Previous experience in an administrative or client support role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Professional and approachable communication style with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Hybrid working with flexibility around hours and working days
- 25 days holiday pro rata plus a wellbeing day
